MARCH 2021 - RTM success story 

Proud of our origins, we are more than happy for being selected by RTM as partner for the rehabilitation of the technical rooms in all metro stations.

The Régie des transports de Marseille is an agency created in 1986 to replace the Autonomous Transport Authority of the City of Marseille (RATVM). Its supervision passed to the Marseille Provence Métropole urban community in 2001, then to the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolis in 2016.

On this occasion, it adopted its current name: Régie des Transports Métropolitains (RTM)

RTM launched a project to improve the reliability of its electrical network a few years ago. They soon came to exchange with Cleansoft Services & Solutions on the possibility of changing their aging raised technical access floor with dedicated very high load raised floor that would allow them to secure the intervention of thier technicians and also to be able to perform maintenance on HV cells safely.

Two times 20 kV transformers operating live, so we had to avoid any deformation during our lifting operation.

We had to innovate a bit in our way of lifting, so we had to look for a lifting inside the transformers without touching too much on the outer casing.

We also had to innovate on a system of rails inserted into our technical floor to be able to handle these transformers for maintenance operations.

Final result : new access raised floor with inserted rails for rolling out the transformers for maintenance.
